I love all the twists and turns and the spin off of some amazing fairy tales. These Voss brother’s won me over with the way that they love so hard and are willing to do whatever they can to protect who they love. And they hit hard on the spice, especially once they hit the club.
Obsidian is our last Voss Brother and after watching his brother’s fall in love, he finally gets his turn. But he finds love in the unlikely-ist of places. A surfing accident caused Obsidian to almost drown and he was saved by a mystery woman. His mystery woman is Ariana who ends up working for him. We start off with Grace preparing to leave her job and her home to escape these unrequited feelings she has for her boss. Gabriel gives Grace a going away present she will never forget. But it also leaves her more angry with him.
Their story after their first time is everything but easy. There is a lot of anger and hard feelings. But you can also tell there is a deep love that runs between them. Gabriel is furious when he finds out about his children. He acts a little bit irrationally but the way those kids warm his heart quickly was so adorable.
CJ Bloom and Sean Masters were perfect for this audio. Sean Masters as the grumpy temperamental billionaire boss was exactly like I expected. CJ Bloom portrayed Grace with such ease. I loved how she really showed Grace as sweet but didn’t put up with Gabriel’s cr@p. ...more

The tropes in this book are not often done and I really enjoyed the way that Emily handled this. We have an age gap where the woman is older and she is also in the power position as the GM. We also have Nick as the quiet not so confident one whereas Bex is confident and outgoing. Because of this, Nick was having trouble dating, and Bex was scaring off all hers so they decided to help each other. I honestly haven’t been able to find words for how much I loved this book. The tension, the banter, the antics, the bologna!
We start off with Levi & Wylie’s meet cute. While it seems like it is going great, Wylie abruptly leaves when she sees her dad at the bar. Levi tries to find her for a year and it is not until his coach asks him to hire his daughter as an assistant that he sees her face again. Coach gives Levi some strict rules for how he treats Wylie and it has him doing some crazy things. I was laughing so hard at all the crazy things they did. And When Wylie suspects Levi is doing it on purpose, she levels the game up! When it turns to er0t!c torture, it is game on! I absolutely loved the way they were together, they honestly matched each other's energy and were very raw and real together. Meghan stepped up the spice with this one! Even when they weren’t having sex I felt like some of these scenes were incredibly hot! I would have liked to explore the k!nk part a little more though. Posey & Wylie had to fight to be together and I really enjoyed how they made it work. Wylie & Posey are a perfect bologna loving match!
I love these Agitators and seeing them all again. I think it was sweet and actually very smart that Posey went to the girlfriends for advice instead of all his friends. I can’t wait to see what kind spin off Meghan has in store for us and for OC because I NEED his book!.
As always, Meghan’s audiobooks are top tier, I mean with a full cast of narrators what is there to not like? They brought this story to life and had me laughing with all their shenanigans. The only thing funnier than reading the group chats, is hearing the narrators perform them! ...more

Katy is a fifth year resident at the hospital, with goals of a trauma fellowship in her future. Bennett is an attending, and someone Katy knew from when Bennett was chief resident and she was a medical student.
Both Katy and Bennett have their reasons for wanting a child now, so this seems like the most convenient plan. Deciding to make this baby the natural way, things heat up pretty quickly. We get to see them go through the entire process of conceiving a child. Bennett fell so freaking hard for Katy and I really loved the way he was with her. Katy is all sass and the way she gave it to Bennett was hilarious.
From the moment I cracked open this book, I was hooked! The tension between Katy & Bennett is off the charts! Sparks fly from the very first encounter, and let me tell you, it only gets hotter from there! When they can’t even stay away from each other was so hott and swoony. Maddox and Georgia must have had something extra special sprinkled on them because I just couldn’t get enough of them. Their banter, the way they argued but really loved it, the way they were there for each other. It was magical as cheesy as that sounds! Georgia being the best at the most unusual things was so funny to me and it gave her such a lovely personality!
When Georgia applied to be Maddox’s assistant, he thought he was hiring this quirky pickleball player but it turned out that Georgia was everything he needed not just in his work life, but in his personal life. Georgia needed a job and working for this grumpy man would just have to do but she soon discovers a whole new side of Maddox and she finds out that making him laugh might be her favorite thing to do.
This was fantastic writing, the pacing was perfect. I loved the slow burn and the gradual build up from their boss/employee relationship to eventually friends and then to lovers. I really felt invested in their relationship and it didn’t feel forced. And the sexual chemistry? Phew ! Things really heated up in the bedroom and I was loving it! They had an amazing relationship and each one supported the other in many ways and wasn’t just an alpha hero saving the heroine, it was very balanced.
This is honestly one of my favorites from Laura. It is full of her typical sweet small town vibes with the best kind of humor and a tight knit family that makes you feel like you are one of them. The Reynolds family delivers lots of laughable moments and group texts that make you smile....more
