“In art as in lovemaking, @heartfelt_ineptitude (check out my instagram!) has its appeal and so does heartless skill, but what you want is passionate virtuosity" - John Barth

I write stuff and read stuff. If you'd like a pdf copy of the ya book "Shattered Script" that I wrote when I was fifteen, send me a message. There's a lot of grammar errors, but also a character tries to fight a twenty-foot long slug with salt packets.

I'm currently working on a big fantasy novel called "His Unfinished Symphony."

Thomas Pynchon
“And when Franz Ferdinand pays, everybody pays!”
Thomas Pynchon, Against the Day

Angela Carter
“Okay, I write overblown, purple, self-indulgent prose. So fucking what?”
Angela Carter

Italo Calvino
“The inferno of the living is not something that will be; if there is one, it is what is already here, the inferno where we live every day, that we form by being together. There are two ways to escape suffering it. The first is easy for many: accept the inferno and become such a part of it that you can no longer see it. The second is risky and demands constant vigilance and apprehension: seek and learn to recognize who and what, in the midst of inferno, are not inferno, then make them endure, give them space.”
Italo Calvino, Invisible Cities

Louis Sachar
“A lot of people don't believe in curses.
A lot of people don't believe in yellow-spotted lizards either, but if one bites you, it doesn't make a difference whether you believe in it or not.”
Louis Sachar, Holes

Thomas Pynchon
“Laboring through a world every day more stultified, which expected salvation in codes and governments, ever more willing to settle for suburban narratives and diminished payoffs--what were the chances of finding anyone else seeking to transcend that, and not even particularly aware of it?”
Thomas Pynchon, Against the Day

Dave J. "I think I deleted it because I realized I didn't agree with it"

Ahh, okay :[

Yeah, I'd meant to comment on it a while back. My mind's been on world-building recently since I've begun writing another story, and then I remembered that you had something on it. It's alright if you don't want to share it anymore, though.
