Too short, but funny.
Surprisingly decent heroine - I liked the one from previous book On a Tuesday and Emily was also a pretty good one too!
Except her shock and blushing when she saw his 9 inch c*ck...
And?! I suppose a woman at 28 saw at least one, so why to blush? 🤔

He was ok. I didn't dislike him, even in his boss's mood. He was definitely smitten with her.
His letters were sweet.
I wished for an actual epilogue!

I was also no sure to read or not to read. I honestly thought he would be a clichee womanizer and she on her way to doormat-land. Was not the case :-)

Hey Alex. We agree on the Epilogue. But this author is known to not give you a good one on those. Is it too much to ask a skip in time like maybe babies. 😂😜Glad you enjoyed.

She doesn't write the heroes I love, but as long as the heroine is not a doormat, I can live with it *lol*

But in the past life I mean before womanizing, he was a good person. If you can swallow that OW scene then you should try it.

She was a cool woman (apart from 9 inch surprise), she definitely put him in his place, often. Of course she found him attractive, for a very long time... blah blah blah, but she wasn't pathetic. No really embarrassing situation for her, you know this author writes them often. This time she liked her heroine.

I'm happy you liked this author and this book, Alex.She's my top ten and she worth it. A lot of cynical and a great banter, mostly strong witty heroines and sarcastic heroes.

I liked 2 last books by this author, a couple of older once were less favorite.
But this one was good 😊

She broke up with her bf 1.5 years ago and he was celibate for the same time frame. It's how I understood it. It was played nice, surprisingly it didn't bother me much. But yes to not being celibate after meeting her.

Alex - it is my understanding based on other reviews that the hero had been with OW 8 months prior not 1.5 years. It was only the heroine who had not been with OM in 1.5 years. Not that it would matter to most people though.

I know what you mean. This issue, the time frame, was a bit unclear. He said to his BFF that he was celibate for 8 months and thought that it was actually longer. Later on her told about the moment he fell in love with her and as I understood he wasn't with any OW after. Love-moment was 1.5 years ago. But it was written not very clear, so it's how the reader interprets it...
