Phil Morris (b. April 4, 1959) is an American actor who has portrayed several DC characters in film and television, such as John Jones on Smallville and Silas Stone on Doom Patrol, as well as voicing Vandal Savage on Justice League, King Faraday in Justice League: The New Frontier, and General Zod and Lor-Zod on Young Justice.
