File:Remember the POW's CD.JPG (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Domer48 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The file is a CD cover that is used in the article of Irish rebel song, in which it is claimed by the uploader that the file will [illustrate] the views and opinions of Republican Prisoners and how they perceive themselves and their situation/conditions. However, the file provides minimal contextual significance, as nothing much are shown in the file apart from a man holding a gun (some cited interview with republicans or even a quote will serve this purpose better), and was merely used as a replicable illustration. Moreover, {{Non-free album cover}} was applied on the file, which is expected solely to illustrate the audio recording in question rather than using on an entire genre.

The file therefore violates WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFCC#10b, and should be therefore deleted. 廣九直通車 (talk) 02:43, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

File:Phillip Bentz.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Stundra (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The PD tag is obviously incorrect as the uploader is not copyright holder. The given source site claims "Digital image copyright 2003, Murray City Corporation. All rights reserved." but I am dubious. This is a scan (uncreative) of a photo so no new copyright is created. The photo description states "Phillip Bentz, Murray City Mayor from 1910-1911" and so is likely PD due to copyright expiring. There is no publication information, but it would seem highly unlikely to take a photo of a mayor and then squirrel it away so publication probably is okay. The image is unused but if PD can be established it would be in scope for Commons. Whpq (talk) 03:18, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

File:The damage caused by a RIRA bomb.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Domer48 (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

The file shows the aftermath of a Real Irish Republican Army bombing in 2000 (in this section). As the image is only used to illustrate one of the many bombings committed by the group in Northern Ireland (rather than a specific attack), any possible free depictions of other bombings can also serve the same purpose. Moreover, the file doesn't contain much information on the bombing (such as to what extent were train services disrupted) apart from showing a hole and warped tracks, so it's contextual significance is minimal. The file therefore violates WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#8, and should be deleted. 廣九直通車 (talk) 10:04, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
