JK Sooja Common Sense Media For newcomers to the genre, there are some tight and fast-paced martial arts on display, some cool moves and choreography, and some nice action set pieces. Jan 31, 2024 Full Review Emiliano Basile EscribiendoCine In short, Sixty Minutes reiterates ideas of contemporary classics and while that isn't bad in itself, the movie does not contribute anything new and pushes the limit of plausibility... [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 4/10 Jan 26, 2024 Full Review John Serba Decider Sixty Minutes has its moments, but doesn’t give us enough of them to ignite our enthusiasm Jan 22, 2024 Full Review Roger Moore Movie Nation Basically a “Run Lola Run” riff with MMA and parkour decor, rarely pulse-pounding but with every fight a visceral immersion in the moment for the viewer. Rated: 2/4 Jan 22, 2024 Full Review Eric Langberg Everything's Interesting Emilio Sakraya is phenomenal; this is his movie, through and through. ... He conveys Octa’s brawny physicality well, and he’s even better in the latter half of the movie, as all those kicks and punches start to take their toll. Jan 21, 2024 Full Review Grant Watson Fiction Machine Certainly it is a derivative film – you can spot the influences, and it slots very neatly into the Besson-inspired oeuvre of European action cinema – but to borrow an old phrase it ‘does what it says on the tin’, and it does it remarkably well.
