Meet our Lennar Campus Ambassadors for 2024! After a successful internship this summer, our three Campus Ambassadors Mehul and Isa will be assisting with career fairs and workshops at University of Florida in Gainesville while Subhash is a few states away at University of Texas at Dallas. Learn more about them and their summer as a Future Builder below: Mehul is a 5th-year student at the University of Florida majoring in industrial engineering with a computer science minor. He was part of our Future Builders 10-week internship program for Lennar Technology Group in Miami as a Technical Analyst this summer. Mehul loves trying new things, and his hobbies include flying planes, skateboarding, cooking, and dancing! Isabella is a senior at the University of Florida studying information systems and is also working on her Master’s in International Business through the UF's combined degree program. She was part of our Future Builders 10-week internship program for Lennar Technology Group in Miami as a Business Analyst this summer. She is also involved in the business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi and is excited to continue working with Lennar. Subhash is currently a senior studying computer science at UTD. He is originally from Lexington, Massachusetts, but moved to Texas a couple of years ago. Subhash was part of our Future Builders 10-week internship program for Lennar Technology Group in Dallas as a Software Engineer intern this summer. Outside of school, he enjoys dance and recently won the National Championship with his college dance team, UTD Raftaar. Subhash enjoys reading and is always open to recommendations. Meet Amy Floyd. Amy celebrates 25 years at Lennar this year! She has made a lasting impact on the company, specifically the National Customer Care Team. Amy started her career at US Home in 1999 as an Executive Assistant. In this role, she was exposed to Customer inquiries about home warranty escalations, and more. A year into working at US Home, Lennar acquired the company. Amy’s focus on helping Customers eventually led to her promotion to Vice President of Customer Care for Lennar in 2022. The National Customer Care Team supports Lennar’s Divisions with tools and resources to ensure a Tickled, Delighted, and Happy Customer experience. Amy and her team focus on evolving with technology, training, communication and process improvement, providing white-glove service to Divisions, and making each Customer interaction better than the last. Amy is an incredible mentor and leads by example. She supports and encourages Associates both professionally and personally. Amy has spearheaded one of Lennar’s Focused Acts of Caring initiatives – the Lennar Life and Work Skills Program. This program provides monthly classes each year for selected students with special needs to learn practical life and work skills like managing money, and how to dress for a job interview. Amy’s tenacity to continuously improve the experience for Lennar Customers and Associates is felt across the country. Congrats on 25 years, Amy! Fun Fact – Amy and her family are very musical. She plays the cello, flute, and piano, her son plays percussion, and her husband sings, plays the bass and drums.
