Strong was bishop of PNG then Archbishop of Brisbane. A man who was certain of faith, which made him an excellent missionary bishop, but less able to cope with Brisbane in the changing 60s. This was a good analysis of one of the leading Anglican Bishops in Australia in the 20th C. ( )
