With multiple POVs this caused me to have built-up suspense and anticipation which of course also caused me to keep guessing on any possible plot twists. However, I was disappointed when the mystery was resolved, and the antagonist revealed. I felt with all the built-up anticipation (which I give the author two thumbs up) that the twist would be mind-blowing, but it was mediocre.

This one I stopped and started multiple times. It was interesting, once I stuck with it.

I love a book that makes you pay attention and keeps you guessing through to the last chapter.

Constant drama and trauma doesn’t always stand on its own and make a good psychological read. It all needs to add up.
