APD: 1 dead, 2 in critical condition following Main Street crash

ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - One person has died and two people are in critical condition following a single-vehicle crash on Main Street, according to the Alexandria Police Department.
APD said officers responded to the crash in the 1800 block of Main Street on September 17 around 12:40 a.m. The driver and a passenger were transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
Another passenger, identified as Patrick Sias III, 17, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A toxicology screening was performed and is still pending. The crash remains under investigation.
