Lucas never gave up
I love this series. Emelia knows how to write some dang good office romances and I am so glad Lucas finally gets his story. Lucas has been crazy about Elise for a long time and he has been there for her through thick and thin. He is going to protect her no matter what and that is super sexy. Elise is sweet and doesn’t deserve what happens to her. This story is so good strong characters with such chemistry and passion, through in drama and it makes for one heck of a book. Well worth all 5 stars and I was honored to received an arc copy and these opinions are all my own.
