An amazing debut royal romance from this author! I absolutely love it especially the royal setting and it reminds me of Bridgerton a lot and also the historical comics that I’’ve been reading. I’m a big fan of historical/royal setting and this book is such a fun read for me! Don’t let the cover fool you, it’s full of spice but still the cover and title was what got me intrigued at first.
I loved Kai, he’s super sweet and soft to Esmeralda! He’s a major green flag but also a soft dom to her. Also the fmc, she’s super relatable and strong, which I love to see in books! Also like how their relationship development isn’t rushed and we get to see their romance pace and how they fall for each other! Overall, this was a solid debut book from Nylah, I can’t wait to see more of her works in the future.
