Unfortunately I didn't love - or like - this one! I've read others from Honey Phillips that I liked but struggled with this one.

The writing was very awkward. Very telling > showing. Stilted dialogue. Little to no plot.

I read this literally last night and am already forgetting what it was about. I thought about continuing with the series but decided to return the second book.
