I can't lie, I'm a little sad to say goodbye to the Adair family, but seeing them all happy definitely helped take some of the sting away of this being the last book in the series (that and I already can't wait for the next story that was teased in this one.)

All that said, this book is all about Monroe and Brodan, about what happened in their pasts, about who they are now, and about figuring out a way to make them work in the present.

This book was constructed incredibly well. You are able to put past hurts behind you as a reader as Brodan and Monroe do it in the story...thanks to the talent of the author.

The characters are perfect, you are angry at them at the same time your heart breaks for them. The pacing is also strong and it allows the reader to be as invested as the characters are in what happens to them and the ways they find to move on from it to find their happy endings.

I also loved the way this tied up the stories of the entire family and characters from previous books.

I enjoyed and recommend this title.
