This is the first book of the new Dukes Done Wrong series. I’ve read a few books by Alexa Aston so I knew I had to read this one. This might be my new favourite book by this author!

This book starts off pretty heavy. From the first few pages it had me feeling so many emotions.

I really like the plot of these second sons meeting at a school for troubled boys. They were sent away for things they didn’t do and become friends. I know I already want to read the whole series, and each book about each Duke.

Miles finds himself the new Duke after his brother passes.

Emery the main female character, her parents are the lead housekeeper and steward of the dukes household. She is very independent and a strong female lead! I really liked her character!!

I enjoyed the alternating narration from these characters in this book. It’s well written and kept me very entertained throughout. I loved the main characters chemistry and romance! It made my heart happy.

If you are looking for an awesome, cute, short historical romance read, with a bit of steam I highly recommend this one!
