4.5 Loved it Stars!! ❤️🤩 ..... Love the writing, plot, characters.....everything. I can't seem to get enough.. 😳💓
Feral begins with a little bit of an overlap with how Unnatural ended. The months before Devlin was found by Prince Haydn are explained through Jules's POV. Devlin in his feral state has been imprisoned by Jules's uncle for experimentation on the effects and antidote of Kerosvarin. The initial contact and interaction between a feral Devlin and Jules is very basic, but they do form a bond. When months later, Devlin starts courting Liam (Jules's brother) only the reader knows that they belong together 😍 💘. How they fall in love and find each other is the crux of the story.. and what a sizzling hot story that is.. 🔥💞.
The background is a mix of the sci-fi and historical genres.. with Dukes and Kings who travel on helicopters and hybrid air cars 😳. Their technology is advanced, but their society is conservative where alphas have an privileged life and the omegas have a diminished role and even fewer rights. Even among alphas and omegas there are different class distinctions and based on that they are treated very differently by their people. Not only has Ms. Hazard drawn a vivid picture of this universe, but the brilliance of it all shows in how it runs almost parallel to the world we live in.
I loved it and highly recommend it!! 👍👍 And although Liam came off as vain and insipid in this book, I am super intrigued by the short introduction from the next book ( llicit: Liam's story ) in the series. In the meantime, I'm also waiting for Just a Bit Bossy (Straight Guys) and Dearly Despised (Calluvia's Royalty) . 🤓🤩 (Just an FYI to Ms Hazard.... 😉no pressure)
