Well, I got this book this evening from the author, thank you P:) and planned to read it within two nights, but look at me, finished in one sitting! 🙄😂.
It was good and very engaging story, however too many flashback for my taste:(
I want the past story is finish, so when they met again, they will getting to know each other again and fall in love just with the new them. But it wasn’t happening like that, however the story still pull me in, so... 😬
Okay, the blurb gave you an idea what this story all about. It’s a second chance romance, not one of my favorite subject to be honest but I love this author and I want to know how she pull it off this type of story.
Yes, it made me sigh and feels sorry for everyone involves when I found what was happening. No, I don’t hate the hero, you probably won’t hate him either after you found out what had really happened, scratched that, I felt sorry for him actually. Yes, he made a fatal mistake, but a bad situation can influence your decision too, I believe. He wasn’t in the right mind, why? You need to read it by yourself. He really love her and then he got to watch the love of his life living in her dreams with someone else, while you live in your lonely life from the sideline, alone. That must be gut wrenching 💔
Oh, he did something that I think is sweet and silly but rather sad too during those years, poor guy!
Ugh, my review rather all over the place methink, tired and sleepy now! 😘
Right, if you don’t have trigger and want to read this with an open mind, you probably will love this story too like I do:) ❤️❤️❤️

Just read it when you wants to Carol, and enjoy it, no pressure 😘
I hate second chance romance, usually the heroine got the lower deal in the story 🤨. Not this time though, and absolutely no his surprise kid with OW, thank you very much! 🙄😂

second chance is not my favourite either for the same reasons, the flashbacks can get annoying. but you've convinced me, on the TBR it goes!

OMG I actually felt so bad for both of them. Poor Noah honestly he went through so much. Not to say his pain is greater than the h's just to say that he suffered as did she. That grandpa really fucked up.😡

Yes, but some readers couldn’t pass the cheating part 🥴.
I don’t mind here, she’s got to experience a different lifestyle and sounds posh without him, that’s a good punishment for his stupidity. The grandpa was horrible, but it was his decision to acted that way. However, if they had a conversation, there wouldn’t be Tiebreaker 😉.

Yeah - I didn't understand that. B/c like it happened once he was pretty young and they are much older now. Like 10 years is a long ass time. People are acting like he did it SO MANY TIMES and DID It BEHIND HER BACK. No, he did it right in front of her once never got back with that girl ever again.
He really thought she was better off without him poor guy and was literally celibate for like 10 years. Like who does that? I forgave him even before I heard about exactly why he cheated b/c I was like wow this is SUFFERING and he has nobody and he will never move on. I was like Maren just forgive the guy b/c at this point she's just hurting herself cuz she was missing him. Man Noah's back story made me cray so bad, No parents, no Maren, no Rowdy and he lost all his dreams and had to put himself back together.😭
I agree though he was stupid for how he did it but he had a point she was never going to leave him. She would have given up her tennis career. Like he could have moved away or something but I think she woudl have quit school and followed him. But it makes sense he's young and was really fucked up at that time drinking and doing drugs.
