Cooper and Shawn were dreamy, my heart fluttered when they first met on the patio it was that first glance at Shawn's hand, beautiful. The interaction between them while Cooper plays the violin is exquisite, all those little glances and touches are so tender and romantic. Then the "kiss" when Cooper rides off, so bittersweet I cried. Jordan, I wanted to shake, hug and kiss him better, such an emotional wreck. All that desperation and self destruction was painful and so sad, I wish he'd never met that weirdo Stan who did more harm than good, I disliked him intensely. Can't wait to read the next chapter in Jordan's life. I really liked this a lot.

I'm glad you liked it. I've bought books from St. Nacho's series, but I'm constantly distracted with new recommendations of books (thanks to Gina) that I don't know when and if I'll find time to read them...
Love this series also - I particularly liked the way the series is more about St. Nacho's and the people in it than the actual couple each book features. Every time I picked up a new book I just felt like I was coming "home". Sounds sappy, but it was a really nice feeling.
I kept expecting something to happen with Stan - like I kept wondering, is he attracted to Jordan? I dunno - his motives weren't very clear to me. I thought he was super shady.

Yeah. I remember thinking at one point he was making a move on Jordan, but then it kinda got side lined. So I was left un clear on Stans real motives, other than he was a pompous creep.

Lan yes I thought Stan was attracted to Jordan, I got bad vibes from him then he sort of disappeared.

Yeah - totally. Okay, so that wasn't just me. I kept thinking, okay, Jordan is going to start messing around with Stan and that will free Cooper up to go back to St. Nacho's - yea!
So interesting to come over here to leave comment and sll the same people I normally talk yuo are here. Lol...,
I loved this book. I guess I need to go and add books and rate them!!!!
TIME, that illusive thing I lack!!

I read the whole series. I liked book 3 but it just sort of ended too abruptly for me. Luckily, the beauty of St. Nacho's is that each book brings the characters you love back, while adding new characters. So I did feel that book 4 wrapped up events from book 3. I think that's why I liked that one. There was a lot of closure. I think that if there are no more St. Nacho's books I'll be okay with the way it ended. But obviously I'll be happier to read more....
I only like 1 and 4. The other two books just didn't work for me. All in all it wasn't a bad series, just I think I expected more out of it.

Thanks Kris, you can I think, the memory thing again! You might like the whole series because a few friends had different opinions.

I realized you read it back in 2011, and if somebody asked me the same question, I would have just laughed! I can't remember what I had for dinner let alone a book I read 2 years ago:-) Others might have given it a higher rating, but they had similar issues with it so I'll pass & just read 1 & 4. Thanks!
