Well we're do I start,had very mixed emotions about this book.loved the start of this book very excited to read the rest.started at the farmhouse two girls with her mum and intruders and things start to go bad.years later the story continues with another incident involving one of the daughters a shooting in a school.but it took a long time before her dad appeared in this book.and longer to what happened to the other sister then the story goes on abit about the sisters non existent relationship I was wanting to know about the shooting incident who's involved thought it was going nowhere at this point.till the ending which made the story.this is different from the other books I've read from her more of a pyschological thriller than the crime.when I finished the book it got me thinking alot about the book and enjoyed it in a different way.when I've read alot of reviews on this book it was mixed some thought gruesome warning me to beware but if you've read her grant county books.and will Trent review there's alot more details.if you just read this standalone book read the other series, it's really great writing.love this authors books so going to read another stand alone book pretty girls.
