Saul Escalona Fully agree that this Percy Jackson and the Olympians series are very enjoyable books. This book # 4,The Battle of the Labyrinth, I even liked it better than the very popular # 1 The Lightning Thief.
I just would like to add that this book series has the uncommon characteristics of not dropping exponentially in popularity after the firs book in the series. Normally, in other book series, you would see that after book # 1, the rest falls into a pit.
Harry Potter, Game of Throne and a few others are also an exception to the rule.

I think that if the story of the serie is solid and their indivivual climaxs guides you to a bigger and final climax it means that the series won't drop in popularity! Another great example would be The Lord of The Rings or The Hunger Games! Thanks for your comment!!

Saul Escalona Good point.
