Reading for the 2nd time. Most recently started July 30, 2022.
You is probably the creepiest book I've ever read. The second-person POV is highly disturbing.. and yet I did enjoy reading this book to a certain degree.
The narriation is unique, and eventually I got used to the main character's psychotic thoughts and criminal actions..
The further along I got into the story, the less he freaked me out. Like sure, the main character is extremely unlikeable but he had his (very) brief moments of virtue.
Overall, You is a good novel. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone though, it's quite a polarising reading experience..
