I love all of Shantel’s books but this one is on another level and has become one of my favorites! This is definitely the best book I have read all year!

I love that Siobhan tackles the hard issues and helps people see the other side. It’s so easy to judge from the outside but not everything is so black and white. Siobhan writes those shades of gray in a meaningful way that shows the reader the taboo societal issues in a different light. Her books never disappoint and I’m so glad I dove back in for a reread so I could experience it all over again. ...more

Jace and PI think this is one of the best books Kelsey has written (I can’t discount my Hendrix), definitely made it into my top two Books by Kelsey! Jace and Paige’s story was ugly, and hard, and heartbreaking. With both of them going through life altering events it shows how life can really kick you when you’re down, but with your person you can make it through even the worst of times. Parts of this book were hard for me to read and brought back a lot of grief but it was cathartic. Be warned though! This isn’t for the faint of heart.
