I had a difficult time putting this book down. I was totally intrigued and sucked right in after reading the first chapter. An interesting cast of characters, a murder, a psychotherapist, wealth, and a mental institution are part of the story of Alicia, a woman accused of murdering her husband, and then never speaking again. The story is told through Alicia, the patient's diary and from Theo, the psychotherapist and eventually the story unfolds until the final jaw dropping conclusion. I suspect that this will be a must read for many in 2019. Thank you to Celadon Books for the ARC of this book...more
