Positively Decadent...
Holy fucking WOW people. This book really delivered for me.
- More intrigue and emotion
- More character development
- Infinitely more kink
When I say this book was decadent, I mean it. Enthrall Her was like being presented with a rich dessert with layers of complex and sinfully delicious flavors.
It's the kind of thing you savor.
You devour it slowly.
Enjoy every moment.
There was a lot of quick-witted humor which helped to break the tension. This is still very much a story of healing and rebirth... Of fighting pain with pain... But the story is evolving into something glorious and I'm glad I'm along for the ride!
From the outside, things seem to be going swimmingly for the couple, but there are serious cracks in the foundation. While reading book one, I was on the fence about this unconventional love-triangle... Was I Team Richard Booth or Team Cameron Cole?
By the final pages of this book, I am firmly Team Cole, but I still like Richard, even if he was largely absent from this book.
Mia and Cole were the stars of this Novel...
and Chrysalis was the opulent setting...
Mia Lauren
Richard and Cameron have insisted that Mia attend regular sessions with a therapist in order to process the shock of seeing her father again. However, Mia is convinced she needs an entirely different kind of therapy.
She's rebelling and pushing away from the only people she feels have ever truly loved and accepted her. Richard refuses to begin her submissive training, which is causing a horrible ripple effect.
Richard can't trust Mia to open up.
Mia can't be trained if she can't be trusted.
Mia begins feeling inadequate and discarded by Richard.
Richard once told Mia he would never give up the BDSM lifestyle.
Mia is finally ready for the harsh sessions of Enthrall.
Now Richard tells her it's Vanilla or nothing.
Doubt begins to creep in for Mia.
She pulls back, afraid to open herself up to Richard...
So you see the problem...
And there's (apparently) only one solution.
If Richard can't bear to train Mia, he will turn her over to his best friend.
...That was the point where I stopped being on Team Richard Booth.
But that's OK, because Dr. Cole is my kind of Dom, and his character really filled out in this book.

Wow! I'm so awestruck by this book and series. Vanessa Fewings, what have you done to me? You made me fall in love with Cameron Cole! Okay, so that's not a bad thing, but it took me by surprise in this book. I'm not sure why. I guess mentally I looked at Cameron as a sexy third wheel, a temptation to ogle from a distance, but boy was I wrong.
In Entrall I loved Cameron and how he played the matchmaker between Richard and Mia. I knew I was going to have some warm feelings for him, but he turned up the heat and melted my panties right off. I mean come on, if you've read this book then you know what I'm talking about and if you haven't, what are you waiting for?
So, anyway, more about the story...At the end of Enthrall, Mia finds out something that shook her. Instead of facing her demons from the past, she shuts off and pretends everything is "fine." I think we all know fine does not mean fine. She's pushing those who love and care about her away causing Richard and Cameron to become worried about her. Mia wants to delve into the BDSM world, but Richard doesn't trust that she's ready since she won't open up. Their relationship starts to feel strained and doubts begin to rise. He has decided that the only type of sex they will be having is "vanilla." At this point we know about Richard's past and his hesitation to bring Mia into this world, but vanilla sex is not what either of them are looking for or need.
Finally, after much consideration and discussion, both Richard and Cameron agree that maybe what Mia needs is to delve into the Dom/sub world. Not only will this give her what she wants, but it will also help her work past her pain. The only problem is Richard doesn't think he can train her, not after his painful past, so he agrees to let Cameron train her. The plan...have Cameron train Mia as a submissive and return her to her rightful Master, Richard. It makes sense because as a psychiatrist and a master dominant, Cameron would know best how to handle Mia. And O.M.G. does he handle her.
Cameron is the Director of Enthrall and Chrysalis. He decides that the only way to really break through Mia's walls are to move her into Chrysalis for two weeks and begin intense training. All I can say is MERCY! Cameron wasted no time and began right away with "therapy/training" and I (I mean Mia) loved every minute of it.
But Mia is a fighter. She's feisty and doesn't just open up right away. It takes her time and LOTS of sexual therapy. It didn't hurt that Cameron was not only a Master Dom, a psychiatrist, but he also has detective skills too. I loved that he took helping Mia so seriously. It wasn't just about sex. But we see a change starting to happen with him. Mia starts to get under his skin whether he likes it or not. The question becomes, when the two weeks are up, will she be ready to go back to Richard? Will Cameron give her up?
There is so much that happens in this book. I'm so confused!! I loved Richard and Mia together in the first book, but after this book I'm beginning to question their relationship. Maybe Mia should be with Cameron after all. There's something special about them together. But then what happens to Richard?? I don't want to see him close up again. Can't I just be a greedy girl and keep them both?? I'll take whichever one Mia doesn't end up choosing and I'm afraid she's going to have to choose. They may be close friends, but I don't see them sharing in this situation. At least not more than they already have. Of course, I could be wrong. I guess I'm just going to have to read Enthrall Him next to find out.

All I can say is MERCY! Cameron wasted no time and began right away with "therapy/training" and I (I mean Mia) loved every minute of it.
But Mia is a fighter. She's feisty and doesn't just open up right away. It takes her time and LOTS of sexual therapy. It didn't hurt that Cameron was not only a Master Dom, a psychiatrist, but he also has detective skills too. I loved that he took helping Mia so seriously. It wasn't just about sex. But we see a change starting to happen with him. Mia starts to get under his skin whether he likes it or not. The question becomes, when the two weeks are up, will she be ready to go back to Richard? Will Cameron give her up?
There is so much that happens in this book. I'm so confused!! I loved Richard and Mia together in the first book, but after this book I'm beginning to question their relationship. Maybe Mia should be with Cameron after all. There's something special about them together. But then what happens to Richard?? I don't want to see him close up again. Can't I just be a greedy girl and keep them both?? I'll take whichever one Mia doesn't end up choosing and I'm afraid she's going to have to choose. They may be close friends, but I don't see them sharing in this situation. At least not more than they already have. Of course, I could be wrong. I guess I'm just going to have to read Enthrall Him next to find out.

Enthrall Her starts where book one left off. Mia and Richard are developing in their new relationship and are truly in love. But because of a certain situation from book one, Mia is desiring a particular kind of therapy that is a bit more scandalous and taboo. She wants to become Richard’s submissive, knowing that Richard needs it in order to keep their relationship solid. However, she is contantly battling with herself between what she wants and what she has been taught by society as forbidden. When another therapist fails to help her, Richard and his super-hot best friend, Cameron Cole, both sense Mia’s dark need to be dominated. Except Richard doesn’t train submissives.
So, he has Cameron do it.
It is easy to feel what Mia feels with Cameron during this book. You can never quite trust him and his signals are mixed. You can see the lines blurring while sensing something beautiful is developing between the both of them. Except, the end must remain the same. Mia needs to return to Richard.
Enthrall Her is a heart stopping read that kept me glued from start to finish. You really see Mia grow in this installment. She becomes more confident and refined under Cameron’s steamy tutelage. Richard may have stolen the show in book one but Cameron steals your heart in book two. I’m so excited to see how this threesome works out in the later books!

Admittedly, after reading book one, I was eagerly awaiting the release of book two and getting my greedy little hands on the eARC had me doing a full-on happy dance. I knew it was going to be good. I knew I was going to like it. But I had NO FREAKING IDEA I was going to be SUCKED into a new level of reading bliss I never knew existed. Very few of my reviews have 5+ stars. But this one does. I can die happy now.. no, wait! I can die happy after I read the third book. The wait is going to be torturous.
Story...
When book one concluded, Mia was at a crossroads after the painful revelations in the final chapters. Now, she is haunted and conflicted from her father's abandonment, her step-mothers betrayal and the guilt of her past. And as if that wasn’t enough, she now doubts her relationship with Richard is as concrete as she once thought.
All this has left Mia’s self-esteem decimated, her confidence shattered and her trust obliterated. She begins to act out, doing destructive things and testing those around her that claim to love her. She’s lost faith.
She wants Richard to continue the submissive training he’s been guiding her towards but both Richard and Cameron know she’s not emotionally strong enough for the challenge and Richard isn’t patient enough to do the job that needs doing. Mia, with her self-doubt, see’s Richards refusal as her not being enough and he can’t seem to reach her.
Deciding Cameron is the only one who can break down her walls as he once did for Richard himself, he agrees to let Cameron take Mia under his care in hopes of giving her a chance to become stronger, more empowered and to be the submissive they both want her to be.
But as Cameron guides her towards empowerment, they both find letting go might be more difficult than either of them planned.

Mia was delightful! She was full of fire and snark and all of that along with her kindness and sultry really propelled her to one of my all time favorite heroines. She was forever finding herself in the most awkward of situations but she warred her way through, dignity a bit less shiny but still intact. The woman was amazing and the way she found her self-worth, her inner strength which blossomed under Cameron’s aid and tutelage, was mesmerizing to watch. He helped distill her blazing fire and turn it into a controlled, emboldened thing that took her beauty to a new level.
We see a very different side to Cameron in this read. He’s a self proclaimed “connoisseur of the dark arts, and known as the ultimate master of BDSM.” In book one, he presented Mia to Richard with the certainty they’d make a perfect pairing but even as Richard and Mia’s story unfolded, we capture glimpses of Cameron’s interest. Stealing quick glances and finding her intriguing, we knew Cameron’s interest was more than friendship though he masked it well as he is also the master of hidden feelings.
In this book, once he has the chance to actually have her, with Richards consent, you know there’s more to his want and need of Mia than to train her in the art of submission. He may not have wanted to admit it, even flat out denying it, but he has these forbidden feelings for her. They grow with each look shared, each secret spoken, every kindness shown, every time she makes him laugh unabashedly and every time her wit surprises him. I absolutely loved their interactions.
Cameron is hotter than seven suns! He captures the attention of everyone, man and woman alike, when he walks into a room as he exudes a confidence that’s not used to mask some dark pain but rather it’s a part of him, a result of breeding and a result of knowing himself and what he’s capable of. It catapults him to an entirely different alpha-dominant stratosphere! The man is God-like and his care of Mia only strengthens his appeal.
Cameron’s unorthodox methods saved Mia from a lifetime of guilt and pain and in return, I loved how Mia rescued Cameron from something he never even knew he was experiencing. Loneliness. Cameron's affluent life is glamorous and his days are full. But he has no one to share it with. No true companionship. In Mia, I think he’s found that.
These two are a passionate inferno that had me devouring the pages and their time at Chrysalis was intense, sexy and “fan myself” erotic!
The Bromance...
Richard had a much smaller part to play in this read and though I missed him, he was almost an afterthought to the explosion of chemistry Cameron and Mia have during their sensual play. Cameron's dedication to Richards friendship has him struggling to let Mia go. But its obvious Richard isn’t over his past.
I enjoy Cameron and Richards bromance. They are as close as brothers and they both respect and find solace in the other. Everything about Cameron and Richard is hot and sexy and desirable. And though I simply adore Cameron ... I’m also very torn. I want Cameron and Mia to end up together. But when Richard enters the picture, his pain is so profound, you can feel the intensity in which he needs Mia. And to lose both of them would ruin him. It’s going to be interesting to see how this all plays out with the one woman they both want, standing in the middle.
The Wrap Up:
It’s easy to tell, Vanessa Fewings put her heart and soul into this story and into these characters. Her enchanting writing, her sophisticated vocabulary, the intriguing dialogue, the well thought out and planned storylines... all flowed brilliantly because of her amazing talent.
And that ending.. Wowza! This erotic goody ends on a curious note that definitely has me anxiously anticipating book three, Enthrall Him, to see where their story is heading next!

Enthrall Her picks up right where Enthralled left off. Mia has experienced the scene of Crysallis and she's more intrigued to become Richard's submissive now more than ever. She wants to explore more of that side of her that has been awakened.
Cameron's domineering side is at the forefront in this book. I'm liking him more and more. I can't get enough of him. He's like a drug, very addicting.
I was a bit surprised just like Mia with the "arrangement" of turning her into a more controlled and manageable submissive. I don't think Mia could live the lifestyle Richard and Cameron was living. She came off too jealous and defiant. I didn't think they could share one another with other people and not let feelings get in the way. You constantly saw Mia's struggle with this. I feared both parties would blur the lines of master and submissive into lovers. This series seems to get better and better and now I'm hooked. I NEED to know what happens next for Richard, Mia, and Cameron. I need to jump into the next book in this addictive series.

I didn't expect Enthrall Her will be this riveting. This is not just about Mia learning how to be a good submissive. It has more depth and knowing what each character has gone through in the past will explain why they act the way they do. The intense and suspenseful storyline will keep you at the edge of your seat especially the last few chapters, just WOW! Definitely, one of the best erotica stories I read this year.

I received a free copy of this book for an Author of the Month Read & Review; I LOVED the first book and was eager to see what happened next.
Enthrall Her is like a delicious treat. It gives you everything you want, and things you didn’t know you wanted. Some things I didn’t even know existed until seeing them through the main character Mia’s eyes.
This book is even better than its predecessor in my opinion, not just because Mia has embraced her own power but because it gives us so much more Cameron. We met him in Enthrall and it’s obvious at that point that he and Mia have undeniable chemistry. However, it’s Richard who she falls in love with, and Enthrall tells the story of overcoming their own personal obstacles to build a relationship together. But nothing that Mia feels for Richard can erase the fact that she’s inexplicably drawn to Cameron. And who can blame her? He oozes sensuality, power, masculinity. He’s the ultimate alpha.
In this second installment in the series it’s decided between Richard and Cameron that Cameron will use his special set of skills to train Mia as a submissive. He also vows to unlock her suppressed childhood pain to help her overcome inner conflict. She’s to stay for two weeks at Chrysalis –where she was strictly forbidden from going in book one– and return to Richard when it’s all over. But a lot can happen in two weeks.
I absolutely love Vanessa Ewing’s writing style. It was so easy to read for ages without coming up for air. The dialogue flows seamlessly. She manages to write Mia as an inherently sweet person without making her seem naïve. In this book Mia has a stronger voice and isn’t afraid to stand up for herself more often (one scene involving her, Cameron, Shay, and a water hose had me laughing out loud).
Cameron is also a well thought out character with his own inner conflict going on. He can’t deny his feelings for Mia, but he tries to mask them with dominance and sternness because Richard is his best friend. Over their time together, however, it’s hard not to forget about Richard and root for Cameron and Mia, who at times seem much more suited. But maybe it’s just the fact that the spotlight is on these two this time around that has me saying that. The readers may find themselves just as confused as Mia in this aspect. In fact when her “training” is over, even Richard is confused. He realizes this agreement he made with Cameron may have backfired and his regret is palpable when we see him understand that Mia is slipping through his fingers.
The erotica here is mind-blowing and fun. I was just as curious as Mia to find out what actually goes on in Chrysalis. Enthrall Her does not disappoint in this aspect. It’s like unwrapping a decadent piece of chocolate…every little piece is a tiny explosion.
I admit, I fell hard for Cameron in this book and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t rooting for him. I’m excited to see where the third book will take everyone and can’t wait to read it!

Christ on a cracker! THIS BOOK.
This book was MIND BLOWING in so many ways. It has slain me & stolen my words. BRILLIANT. Sooooo many stars.
Enthrall Her by Vanessa Fewings checked ALL the boxes. My advice? Strap yourself in, because this is an intense, complex & HELLA HAWT DOM/SUB journey...I enjoyed the first book (Enthrall) but that had NOTHING on this... The psychology and the chemistry. Just WOW...
It's my favorite erotic book this year. By far!

I loved that Mia became more refined and empowered but didn’t lose the things that made Mia, Mia. She was strong. Witty and not afraid to ask the difficult questions and speak her mind. She truly shimmered and shined under Cameron’s care.
I absolutely adored seeing this new side of Cameron. Although I caught glimpses of it in Enthrall I was thrilled to be shown the depth and emotion that he kept locked away. I loved that while Cameron helped Mia, I know that Mia helped Cameron see things through new eyes as well. Their relationship may have been forbidden, it the emotions they envoked in each other (& in me!) felt very real.
This book went from strength to strength. From the time Mia’s moment of empowerment was gratecrashed to her time at Chrysalis and the intelligence and psychiatry of Cameron’s outlook, this book really had the perfect combination of intrigue, humor, & sensuality to keep me Enthralled from cover to cover.
I don’t know how it’s going to work out in the end. What I do know is that Cameron is definitely the man for Mia, and I do NOT want a polyamory time solution for this triangle. I also know that Ms Fewings always keeps some twists and turns up her sleeves so I am waiting with bated breath for Enthrall Him…

Enthrall Her by Vanessa Fewings checked ALL the boxes. My advice? Strap yourself in, because this is an intense, complex & HELLA HAWT DOM/SUB journey...I enjoyed the first book (Enthrall) but that had NOTHING on this... The psychology and the chemistry. Just WOW...
It's my favorite erotic book this year. By far!

Wow! I freaking love this book. If you are a fan of BDSM then this is a must read! If you don't like BDSM then read this anyway! I couldn't get enough of these characters. Fewings has a way with her writing that not only hooks you but completely emerges you in the story. The characters and their surroundings are so vivid.
The story line kept me on the edge of my seat. With just enough twist and turns to keep me really guessing at what was happening next. It does end on a small cliff hanger, but not the kind that has you wanting to throw the book across the room. This book is definitely going on my must read list of 2014.

This is following on from my re-read of The Enthrall Sessions series, in preparation for Cameron's Control.
So I will just start by saying wow! I'm still speechless, third time round, which is extremely unusual.
After reading Enthrall for the first time in 2013, I was instantly mesmerized. I loved every little thing about the story. The three main characters in the story. Mia, Cameron and Richard, were addictive, endearing and left me wanting so much more.
If you were to take these incredible characters, mix them in with the setting of Enthrall, L.A.'s premier fetish club for the wealthy, add the fact that Mia is so innocent and intoxicating, and totally new to all this scene, and this is just the combination, for what is obviously going to be a whirlwind of sensory overload.
"Before the butterfly emerges from it's cocoon it must first retreat from the world. Next, it becomes completely transparent, revealing everything about itself. It knows to become still, vulnerable, surrender to it's metamorphosis and only then when this transformation is complete can it break free from the chrysalis."
Well, after what seemed liked the longest wait I have ever known. I finally got to lay my hands on Enthrall Her. I may add, this was my most anticipated release of 2014, amongst so many fantastic releases that year, this book, hands down was what I desired most.
The intensity and pace of the first book, picks back up straight away from the first page. Richard and Mia, now a couple after book one, are finding it hard to agree on a subject that seems to overwhelm them.
Mia, wants to continue training to become Richards submissive. What started in book one was halted at the end, with some revelations that made Richard question what he wants from his and Mia's relationship.
Yet Mia, has never been more certain about what she wants. Her eyes were opened to this new world when she took the job at Enthrall as Richards secretary, and was continually thrust into all that their world held, at many opportunities. Including the other side of the business, Chrysalis. The more intense side of the BDSM world that Enthrall lives in.
"The master who gave you that collar is the only one who is capable of releasing that love within you."
Yet, even after all the shocks thrown at Mia, she still wants to see more. She is finally finding herself a place in amongst these new and exciting people in her life, and wants to be part of it fully.
Cameron, Richards best friend who hired Mia to work at Enthrall, seeking her out and seeing her as someone perfect for breaking through Richards damaged exterior. Can also see that Mia wants and needs that kind of relationship, that she has learned about from Enthrall and the surrounding world.
Richard, thinks Mia is too feisty and strong willed to be submissive yet too delicate that it may damage her irreparably. Cameron thinks she is perfect and it will be the making of her. Battle of wills ensues and the rest is all very secretive and spoiler inducing.
What I can say is, I have yet again fallen in to severe book love with Enthrall Her. The first book had set such a high standard and it was slightly scary to wonder what the second book would be like. If it would do the first justice and continue my obsession with this series. It surpassed the intensity of Enthrall, it still overwhelms me now just how incredible this book is.
I always wondered what Cameron and Mia would be like together, and this book has shown, they are, in my eyes, the perfect book couple. You couldn't create a better match, and after them being together in this book, I can't bear to think of an alternative.
Cameron stole the show, in the battle of the Dom's in the first book. But in Enthrall Her, he has shown to be sheer perfection. Not only incredibly gorgeous, alpha, and literally commands the pages he is in, but now we have seen so many more sides to him, I really can't dislike anything about him.
Again, in Enthrall Her the writing is as flawless and addictive, as it was in Enthrall, yet the story has stepped up so many notches, it seems completely surreal. The world Vanessa Fewings has created is delicious, decadent, and somewhere you possibly would give your right arm, to be immersed in. Too extreme? Okay, maybe just a finger. But, seriously it's a place you don't want to leave, and a story you never want to end.
All books have page skimming parts, the passages that you could easily skip, and never miss anything. Not with this series, every single line tells so much of their story, I couldn't skip or skim if I wanted to.
I was always a sucker for Cameron right from the very start, and after reading this book, it just confirms what an amazing character he is. VF has managed to make him desirable in so many different ways, it's impossible to get bored of him.
My only worry is, what does the future hold for Mia, Richard and Cameron, and am I going to like what becomes of them all.
Like they say, "Two's company, Three's a crowd" and I already know what I want to become of them all.
Yet VF has made both her leading men so incredible in different ways, there is going to be no perfect outcome to all of this. I already fear it, even after an incredible ending to Enthrall Her, I'm worrying about the last installment in the trilogy. Those picking sides are ultimately going to be disappointed if their favorites are left heartbroken.
Another incredible installment in the Enthrall Sessions series. That has again left me craving more. Only one book left in this trilogy. I guess I can hope that VF decides not to close the doors on Enthrall and Chrysalis for good, once this story concludes. 10 stars for this book, (although 5 is the max) just shows how much i love this book!

As you'll notice I have upped my review from 4.5 (given to Enthrall) to 5.0 stars as I cannot find fault with Enthrall Her at all. Including the bits that go against my romanticised brain and I have to recommend that you go into reading this with an open mind. As much as my brain fought what was going to happen I was 100% invested in it too.
I have to say this is far more than just BDSM erotic romance. Vanessa writes with intellect and insight and pens very graphic settings and extremely hot scenes. Scenes that also leave you squirming and arguing with your romantic side at how could this happen.
Now those that follow my reviews know I don't have submission in my repertoire at all (just like Cameron doesn't have Vanilla in his) and many times I am reading along but thinking, don't let him do that, kick him in the balls (ha see I cannot do submissive at all) but I loved this, because as much as Mia does submit she doesn't loose her feistiness and what happens later on with the water well my inner anti-submissive was raising high fives and dancing a jig. That scene was absolutely perfect!
I am so invested in Mia, Richard and Cameron that I cannot wait to read Enthrall Him. But it's not only the three main characters it is all the people you come across whether it's Leo or Arianna, Winston, Willow or Aunt Rose they all feel so very real. My personal opinion is, this is one of those books you 'feel' the life in it and you 'feel' it's energy and the story talks to you and again I found it pretty much unputdownable.
It's really rather strange because I don't want to hear anybody diss this at all. It feels like my baby lol and heck I have absolutely zero to do with it other than enjoy the ride. I urge you to read with openess, don't judge for what you read maybe not following your beliefs. This book contains sex and a lot of it with a person other than the person they are in love with and some may very well find hard to digest, I urge you to get past that and read this story for what it is, an excellent ride into the world of BDSM done the Mia, Richard and Cameron way.

I can see the ending of this series from a mile away. Dont get me wrong it's an amazing series with a great concept but I'm really sad that Richard wont get his happy ending when it is all said and done. Im sure in the next book he is going to be a man and accept Cameron and Mia's relationship without second glance because Cameron is his best buddy after all. I have so many unanswered questions and I know without a doubt they are unlikely to be answered. It is very presumptuous of me but I have seen these love triangles play out before and we all know the underdog never wins (unless your name is Bass Cole ) but I loved Richard and Mia together and I am very sad that their chapter has to be closed. I have an understanding that Mia obviously does not have the same feelings for Richard as she does Cameron but I cant see why. I will not be reading the final book because as far as I can see it I am the only Team Richard fan but I will take joy in reading the reviews of Enthrall Him to prove my theory right.

I agree with a lot of reviewers, the writing is great. Vanessa Fewings knows how to write a story. The writing was smooth the descriptions and details were great.
I just had a few issues with one of the characters, a character that got on my ever loving nerves.
I am not one of those that doesn’t finish a book especially if the book is well written, and I need to know how it ends. It might take me longer to finish but I will finish.
I did have to set it down several times and take a breather from the annoying parts or I could have been tempted to give it less of a rating it deserves.
I did enjoy the POV from Cameron and Richard.
Be aware the story is listed/classified as Romance, Mystery, Thriller & Suspense which I guess is fine but it should also be listed under BDSM or Erotic.
I more than likely will not continue with the series.

This story just keeps getting better and better. Mia has a lot of baggage from her childhood. In the last book we find out the truth about her father and how she copes with that news comes out in this story along with other details of her childhood. Especially as memories that were repressed are now brought to light. Mia convinces Richard to take her as a submissive only to give her to Cameron to train. When her training is complete, can Cameron relinquish control of Mia back to Richard?

I have been eagerly desperately awaiting this book, the second in the Enthrall Sessions series. When the first book ended it left me wondering just what new challenges and dilemmas would Cameron, Richard and Mia be facing.
Mia loves Richard- there's no question about that. But she also feels this pull towards Cameron that she can't ignore. When it's decided that Cameron will train her to be the perfect submissive, Mia doesn't fight it...much. As much as Mia wants to be Richard's sub, there's also a dark and shameful part of her past that she doesn't want to share and other issues that keep her from fully placing her trust in Richard. Without that full trust, Mia can't thrive as a submissive. Mia fights even when she doesn't want to really, it's her way of protecting herself and her secrets. Mia is utterly relatable (if I had two hot, dominant men lusting after me anyways) and you can understand her struggles. I loved watching her flourish under Cameron's firm hand and seeing her finally embrace herself.
I loved Cameron in the first book, but he is now sitting at the top of my ultimate book boyfriend list. Hot damn, that man is just a fantasy come to life. If I ever met a man like that in real life, I would honestly swoon at his feet. He exudes a powerful charisma and magnetism that doesn't just capture Mia, but everyone he comes into contact with. Frankly, he's also sex on a stick. Every time he's on the page, he steals the show. I could gush all day about him, but all you need to know is that he's a delicious, dominant, intelligent, sophisticated, understanding and gentle (when he wants to be) man, who comes to realise that he might need Mia just as much as she needs him.
Mia and Richard's relationship is a bit more on the back burner in this book as they try to work through some issues between them. They love each other, but they can't expect their relationship to grow healthily if they don't allow themselves to revel in their true natures. That's where Cameron comes in.
I can not quite get over how intense and transformative the sex scenes are between Mia and Cameron. Each time they came together, there was purpose and a beautiful, erotic intimacy.
Now, this may be a bold statement but I adore Mia and Cameron together. I think her innocence and understanding is just what Cameron needs to allow himself to love. I loved Richard and Mia in the previous book, but there's just something special about Mia and Cameron.
In case the message hasn't quite come across, I'll say it again- I freaking loved this book. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it and talking about it to everyone I come across. It's stunningly erotic and I was swept up in the world of Enthrall and Chrysallis. Holy hotness!! Enthrall Her was incredible. The stage was set, the dynamics were already established and the story unfolded beautifully.
Enthrall Her finds Mia growing and changing. She is struggling with a secret from her past as well as a shocking revelation in her present. As she and Richard are now involved, he tries helping her cope. But it's Cameron who is able to give her the tools she needs. Mia is also able to explore her interest in the BDSM lifestyle. Richard doesn't feel capable of training her to be his submissive, so Cameron takes her under his tutelage. Mia finds it hard to completely submit though - fearful of losing herself. Cameron has always been able to bring out her submissiveness though. He is able to help her lay to rest her demons - "using pain to banish pain" - the guilt and shame she feels over her childhood. But as Cameron works to transform Mia, something changes between them. And that something may irrevocably alter their lives.
I found this installment riveting! Not only is the forbidden lifestyle explored, but forbidden feelings between Cameron and Mia as well. I must admit that although I like Richard, it's Cameron that really intrigued me. Of course, that might be because he's such an enigma. I think he's also a stronger alpha male and seeing his softer side with Mia made him all the more appealing.
I believe this is my first true BDSM read - although I do think it'd be considered BDSM-lite. It is heavier than, say, Fifty Shades. What I most enjoyed about this BDSM element is Ms. Fewings' inclusion of psychology. Ms. Fewings incorporated glimpses of why someone would choose to enter this lifestyle. And Cameron's idol is Carl Jung and he did serve his patients and clients in the way that best suited them. Enthrall Her captivated me. I adored all the interactions between Mia and Cameron and I was satisfied with the way Ms. Fewings ended this installment. I'm also extremely anxious for #3. I can't wait to find out where things will go from here!
Holy hotness!! Enthrall Her was incredible. The stage was set, the dynamics were already established and the story unfolded beautifully.
Enthrall Her finds Mia growing and changing. She is struggling with a secret from her past as well as a shocking revelation in her present. As she and Richard are now involved, he tries helping her cope. But it's Cameron who is able to give her the tools she needs. Mia is also able to explore her interest in the BDSM lifestyle. Richard doesn't feel capable of training her to be his submissive, so Cameron takes her under his tutelage. Mia finds it hard to completely submit though - fearful of losing herself. Cameron has always been able to bring out her submissiveness though. He is able to help her lay to rest her demons - "using pain to banish pain" - the guilt and shame she feels over her childhood. But as Cameron works to transform Mia, something changes between them. And that something may irrevocably alter their lives.
I found this installment riveting! Not only is the forbidden lifestyle explored, but forbidden feelings between Cameron and Mia as well. I must admit that although I like Richard, it's Cameron that really intrigued me. Of course, that might be because he's such an enigma. I think he's also a stronger alpha male and seeing his softer side with Mia made him all the more appealing.
I believe this is my first true BDSM read - although I do think it'd be considered BDSM-lite. It is heavier than, say, Fifty Shades. What I most enjoyed about this BDSM element is Ms. Fewings' inclusion of psychology. Ms. Fewings incorporated glimpses of why someone would choose to enter this lifestyle. And Cameron's idol is Carl Jung and he did serve his patients and clients in the way that best suited them. I have to say this stop in the journey was amazing and well I struggled with what happens it was so very bittersweet!! I had the chance to review the first book fell in love with all three characters [Mia, Richard and Cameron] and this book brought up character traits we had yet to discover. Mia continues her journey towards being the submissive that Richard needs and has to make the biggest decision of her life. When she agrees to the next step it is with a different Master and well this scares her it also sparks her interest. I had a very love/hate relationship with Mr. Cameron Cole for the first half of the book and then it was like a switch flipped and I was drawn to his inner personality. I loved that we got to see a side of Cameron that he keeps hidden from the world.
I will be honest and let you all know that I am really not to sure how I want these three characters as I have different things I love about both Richard and Cameron. That being said I really liked that Cameron was able to find the strength to challenge not only himself, but get Mia question what she wanted from a Master. I think in the end the final choice in Master will be the one that collared her at the beginning of the journey. It isn't that I don't love Richard, but I just hated that he kept parts of himself hidden from Mia. I am not saying that Cameron doesn't do the same, but their relationship is different and Mia is able to talk with Cameron on a deeper level and reassure herself of their connection. I guess we will have to wait until book three to see when the final part of this journey takes or beloved Mia.

Oh! Where to begin??? Enthrall Her does not disappoint! If you loved Enthrall, you better buckle up because Vanessa Fewings takes you through a wild, steamy and amazing journey through a beautiful and sexy BDSM/erotica story that continues with the ever so sexy Cameron, feisty yet sweet and naïve Mia and ever broody Richard. This love triangle may be spinning a bit out of control as Mia’s need for dominance in order to control her painful past, becomes Cameron’s priority. Mia’s feistiness and need to always run away has Richard at a loss as he hands her over to Cameron to train as the ultimate submissive. The psychological intelligence that Ms. Fewings gives Cameron is beyond words! You truly believe his mastery and understand his reasonings behind his radical BDSM “treatment” approach with Mia. He breaks her down in a very unconventional way through BDSM only to rebuild her into a stronger more vibrant woman. Their relationship is supposed to be nothing other than that of Master and submissive, but both Mia and Cameron know different. Can Cameron train Mia and return her back to Richard? Will Mia want to go?
As usual, Vanessa fewings knocks this out of the park! Her writing is impeccable….full of so many layers, intricacy and grit it’s hard to actually describe the intensity. It’s a MUST READ! And Vanessa Fewings is definitely an author to watch!

I was hoping that this book would be better than the first but it was not. Mia is finally getting to be more sexually mature but she still drives me nuts. I'm seriously beginning to question whether or not she really ever loved Richard because of how she is with Cameron and he is certainly not helping the situation. I can understand she needs training and I can understand Richard's reasons as to why he felt he could not do a good job but Mia should really think about how her actions are going to affect Richard now that she is in love with Cameron. I'm thinking she was in lust with Richard, not love, because I can't see her feeling changing that fast within a two-week period. By the end of the book, my heart was breaking for Richard. I just hope that Mia wakes up and decides who she really loves and who she is just in lust with

Didn’t know if I could love this as much as the first...
But I did. Cameron...sigh. This story dove even deeper than the first and was a sublime blend of passion, trust, character growth and development, intrigue, and romance. I loved watching Mia’s story unfold, her trust deepening, her passions explored, and her personal inner strength healing and blossoming. The author did an amazing job blending the two and helping you see that it is possible, all while falling in love with Mia and Cameron’s descent into affection and a love that wasn’t meant to be, but in no way could’ve been stopped. My heart aches for Richard, but cheers for the ending...and for how this is all going to unfold. I’m sure I’ll have my heart broken, hope restored, heart broken, hope restored many times over the course of the series. Cannot wait for the next book!
