Arthur Geraint Goodwin was an English language novelist and short story writer from Wales.

Goodwin was diagnosed with tuberculosis in 1930 and out of his experience this the disease came his first novel: Call Back Yesterday (1935). He was offered a 2-book contract with Cape following the success of his first novel which prompted Goodwin to move to Hertfordshire to become a full-time writer. His most acclaimed work was the tragedy and farcical comedy: The Heyday in the Blood (1936.)

Come Michaelmas (1939) was Goodwin's final novel. He died in 1941 aged 38 from further complications of his TB. ...more
