Walt Dohrn

Walter Dohrn (December 5, 1970 – August 9, 2024) was an American writer, director, artist, actor, animator, musician, screenwriter, and voice artist. He was best known as the voice of Rumpelstiltskin in Shrek Forever After.[1] He also did additional voices in Shrek the Third and was also the voice of Doodlebob in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Frankendoodle."

Dohrn has also worked as writer and director of Season 2 of SpongeBob SquarePants.[2]


Dohrn died on August 9, 2024 from a heart attack. [3]
