Reason(s): The first account repeatedly changing the content of Metal Fight Beyblade (A Japanese Animation) and Marina Inoue (A Japanese Female Voice Actor) to silly contents, while the second one reverted others' edits to keep the first article in the disrupted version made by the first editor. Reason(s): There is no doubt this user is the same as wikt:fr:User:Regulus. I've already ask for a CU on Regulus, and the steward has tell me to block 83.115.0.0/16 to prevent such vandalisms [1]. But he is here again now, and I need the IP plage he used and the complete list of the accounts he created to ban him.

Reason(s): Both of them only edited the article "단월드"(Dahn yoga) and discussion pages about Dahn yoga. Moreover, they are all against the neutral point of view about Dahn Yoga. For example, both of them changed the words "민족기업임을 주장한다"(insist that they are a national company) into "민족기업이다"(they are a national company). [2] [3] Also, when someone rolled it back, they alleged the deletion was a defamation("명예훼손"). [4] [5] And both of them all raised doubts about the equity and the neutral point of view of Wikipedia.("공정성", "중립적 시각") [6] [7] In addition, they are all unskilled to sign up their posts. Just a note; just because they are unlikely sockpuppets, it doesn't mean they are not meatpuppets, and after what you explain in the reason, I would say they are likely meatpuppets, but it's no way of proving it. Laaknor 12:33, 5 May 2010 (UTC)

Reason(s): Code letter: C. These three users are very similar in many ways. Firstly, they joined Wikipedia and did a only few minor edits in mainspace and then they all are active mainly in Vietnamese Wikipedia's vote for deletion]. Secondly, they all appear to share a same point of view about the noblity of Wikipedia articles and support each others in most cases(Example:[10][11][12]). Thirdly, their online time are very close to each other (they are usually online in different hour on a same days and then they all disappear until the next appearance). And lastly, their user's pages are very similar. They all say "[Username] graduated in a Univeristy, and I'm working in north-east of Vietnam" or something similar (you could use Google translate to verify that). In sum up, I highly suspect they are all sockpuppets which are under controlled by a deletionist so that he/she could direct the Vietnamese Wikipedia's vote for deletion process to go as his/her will.  Confirmed that the user also contributes with IP addresses, but IPs are very different on different dates. The result has been emailed to checkuser-l with non-public archive. It is then up to local administrators to decide what should be done next.--Jusjih 19:49, 9 May 2010 (UTC)

Reason(s): Absolument Patrick has left me a message on my Wikipedia discussion page to ask me if he could me deblocked on Wiktionary. Regarding to the contributions he has made, he added things like "Heil der Führer!" in pages, and it has some similarities with the way that Regulus vandalises. I'd like to deblock him, but if it's Regulus, I'm sure we can't.

It's a dynamical assigned IP address so every time he access the internet he will have a different IP address so a single IP block is not going to help here. --Dferg 09:30, 18 May 2010 (UTC)

Hello. The vandal 1) switches from several IP ranges; 2) Bendahara used a new IP range different to the other vandals, but other technical information suggest that it's the same, 3) no new vandals where found under that IP and 4) it's a /11 range that it's impossible to block and since we do not have more users that came from it, I cannot determine narrow ranges to block. I'm sorry but Pixiedust CheckUser is not magic pixie dust. --Dferg 18:05, 18 May 2010 (UTC)

Previous sockpuppet as follow (in no particular order):-

Tired reverting 40-50 vandals each time. Just block lowest to highest. If manual block, I will block 100 (216.xx - user level) IP (up/down) per every vandal. Not expecting contribution from BT IP range anyway, except interwiki. Yosri 10:04, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

Done - Hello Yosri. I have rechecked again with the new vandal of today and all I can say is that the vandal has found a new IP range, totally different to the previous one and as huge as the previous so IP/range blocks won't help here. I know that it's frustrating however there's little we can do when the vandal jumps on huge ranges. Kylu said you something likelly on previous requests. If another steward wants to review this is free to do so. Oh, and added a 3 days rangeblock that will stop him for ~1 day or so. --Dferg 20:26, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
