     Can't be done without some form of ladder (or better), so I'd think it's commisioned. Wonderful idea I think.

   Thats down the block from my house. Looks like the picture was taken inside the adjacent closed parking lot, not from the sidewalk. When I point it out to people that it's actually an enlargement of the same camera, it blows peoples minds that that kind of thing is even do'able on such a large scale...
