Wikipedia redirects The infection to The Infection, the fifth studio album by American heavy metal band Chimaira, for the Disturbed song, it says to see Asylum (Disturbed album), so making this a redirect to Wikiquote pages for either of those bands would be acceptable, although it would work better as a disambiguation page. Fyi, The rona is not a redirect to Covid-19 on Wikipedia, although Gay cancer is a redirect to History of HIV/AIDS, so there is some precedent for including the nicknames of diseases as redirects, even when that nickname is a bigoted slur. — CensoredScribe (talk) 15:13, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete — Infection is not the only thing related to corona virus. It can be caused by any disease. --Saroj Uprety (talk) 15:28, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep and make it into a disambig page?

- Comment: I would consider a disambig page to be an improvement to the way Wikipedia handles the issue as it would not give preference to one band's album over the other's song, although I must ask what other links, if any, this disambig page would include? Do you still think that this is an appropriate page to link to Covid-19, if so, than what other specific ailments would you consider appropriate to include? I'm still confused and concerned why you initially thought this phrase applied mostly to Covid-19, rather than infections. Should I be worried that you would also approve of making a redirect for a page called The grammar to grammar? It's difficult to view this as being an honest mistake that anyone could make, even for someone just learning English. CensoredScribe (talk) 20:42, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

- Note: Infections redirects to Disease. BD2412 T 15:21, 24 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete: The current redirect is not appropriate and is not a good candidate for a disambiguation as far as I can tell at the moment. -- User:Djm-leighpark(a)talk 09:59, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
