Disruptive creation of Akintayo, which Moore edited extensively and has been created at Stephen Akolade Akintayo, Stephen Akintayo, Akolade Stephen Akintayo and probably other permutations thereof. • Definitely socking somewhere, I'd like a second opinion on Eddymike234's range... based on its location it could very easily be either meat or socking, though honestly both of them could be reasonable reasons to block everyone. The technical data is entirely unambiguous. However, if I assume a lot of good faith it it is possible that the data could be explained by a situation where two individuals are sharing the same computer and internet connection, such as at an editathon, an activity that both of these accounts claim to engage in. If this is the case, it would be hard to believe that the other user wouldn't know that they were collaborating with a blocked editor.  Behavioural evidence needs evaluation.

• Two minds here. One: I spent some time assessing the remaining user (Major Lyte). I'm could close this. I think if someone wants to assess them further, it can be done in other forums if/when disruption becomes brightline clear.

  Two: Spicy's CU results for this case don't make me feel so good about that approach. I really want to AGF too, but "it would be hard not to notice the other one is blocked" is a pretty damning conclusion. Izno (talk) 00:35, 23 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
