Erumbala Ravindra Mohan is an Indian ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He is the Founder of Trinethra Eye Care Clinic, Mahalingapuram, Chennai and former Director of Oculoplasty at Sankara Nethralaya. He is assosciated with Divyadrishti Eye Centre, Patna and Dr. Tony Fernandes Eye Hospital, Aluva. He is also a visiting consultant at Gleneagles Global Hospital, Chennai; Kauvery Hospital, Chennai and Sankara Eye Hospital, Pammal, Chennai.

Dr. Erumbala Ravindra Mohan was born in Chennai to P. O. Mohanan Nambiar and Prabhavathi Nambiar, a Malayalee couple from Kannur district, Kerala. He did his primary schooling in Seetha Kingston Matriculation School, Kilpauk. He then shifted to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh where he studied at St. Paul's School until his 10th standard and St. Francis' College for his 11th and 12th standard. He stayed in Lucknow until joining medical school.

He did his MBBS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Doctor of Medicine(MD) in Ophthalmology from the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He then became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh after which he started practising at Sankara Nethralaya.

At Sankara Nethralaya, he worked in the Oculoplastics department, and became the Director of the Department. He worked there until 2009 following which he joined Gleneagles Global Hospitals, Chennai (formerly Global Hospital and Health City, Chennai) as a visiting consultant. He also has assosciations with Kauvery Hospital, Chennai; Sankara Eye Hospital, Pammal, Chennai; Divyadrishti Eye Hospital, Patna and Dr. Tony Fernandes Eye Hospital, Aluva, Kerala.
