The bridge was completed in 2016. Sadly, there is no freedom of panorama in Morocco, thus permission from the architect is required.

Keep "It shall be permitted, without the author’s authorization or payment of a fee, to republish, broadcast or communicate to the public by cable an image of a work of architecture, a work of fine art, a photographic work, or a work of applied art which is permanently located in a place open to the public, unless (...) it is used for commercial purposes".[1-05-192/2006 Art.20] --Flaspec (talk) 10:25, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Flaspec, Commons requires that images be licensed for free use anywhere by anybody for any purpose including commercial use, so the Morocco FoP is not helpful. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 15:57, 8 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Official video containing the bridge was published in Youtube by the Ministry of Equipment and Transport [1] under creative commons licence, thus it must be permitted by Moroccan copyright law. --Flaspec (talk) 08:54, 20 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Keep It is not clear if the definition of architectural work in Moroccan law is covering non-building structures. Jklamo (talk) 20:16, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This may or may not be true. We treat bridges in France as architecture. That may or may not be right, as they certainly are not architecture in most countries. However, if it is true, then it is possible that Morocco, a former French colony, treats them the same. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 15:57, 8 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The only assumption that bridge may be treated as architectural work per Morrocan copyright law because it is treated as architectural work per French copyright law and Morocco was a French colony is a pretty weak rationale for deletion. Moroccan copyright law does not define architectural work. Jklamo (talk) 15:33, 9 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Closed as Kept per Flaspec and Jklamo above; lack of recent discussion. (Note: Not intended to prejudge potential future renomination if additional information is found regarding Morocco copyright law concerning this bridge.) -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 01:29, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
