- This is a little odd, since the material was added in October of '06, while the source is for the whole of '06, including a copyright notice dated '07. That said, the same IP did later add clear copyvio from here, so while the source may not be the original source, it is probably copied from somewhere. VernoWhitney (talk) 02:19, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

- No copyright concern. Material PD or appropriately licensed for use. National Guard is part of the Army and so the US Federal Government. While the website is a .org, its privacy policy states "Information presented on this site is considered public information" and every contact address (including the webmaster is a .mil address). --VernoWhitney (talk) 01:49, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
