Hi. When you recently edited Windows Phone, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Outlook (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

St. Michael's Convent School

[edit]

To preserve the edit history of St Michael's Convent School, I undid your copy / paste move. I added a {{db-move|St Michael's Convent School|Corrected spelling (St to St.)}} at the top of St. Michael's Convent School which will put a request in to delete St. Michael's Convent School and move St Michael's Convent School to that location. This should occur in a day or two. Please see Wikipedia:Moving a page for how to perform this procedure. There should not be any need to do anything for the move. Thank you Jim1138 (talk) 06:09, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Finally someone did fix that typo in the name, I had posted a link on that page's Talk Page for someone to do that, but no one really did that. You reverted one edit, but why does that edit counter say that 5 of my 300 edits have been deleted? :( Ahmer Jamil Khan (talk) 09:21, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that you added two or three changes after you copied the article to the new page. BTW: I copied the whole page back to the St(sans .) page. That, plus the blanking/redirect and copy/paste might account for five. You might be able to move articles yourself see wp:Page moves. I think you need a minimum number of edits before that feature is enabled. Thanks for initiating the fix. Jim1138 (talk) 09:43, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Bolo Bhi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:16, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Indian Sindhi

[edit]

Hi, are you familiar with the dialect of Sindhi spoken in India? I'm looking for some help with Names of India in its official languages. Currently the names listed for The Republic of India in Sindhi are different for the different scripts.

  • Devanagari भारत गणतन्त्र Bhārat Gaṇtantra
  • Arabic script جمہوریہ ڀارت Jumhūrīyate Bhārat

The different word for Republic (Gaṇtantra and Jumhūrīyate) seems a bit weird, so i'm wondering if maybe one of those is incorrect? is جمہوریہ ڀارت the Pakistani dialect maybe? or is भारत गणतन्त्र not Sindhi? Irtapil (talk) 04:34, 12 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
