Horimiya: The Missing Pieces es un anime producido por CloverWorks, basado en el manga homónimo ilustrado por Daisuke Hagiwara, el cual está basado y es la reesmasterización del webmanga Hori-san to Miyamura-kun creado por HERO.
Este anime adaptó los diversos episodios del manga que no fueron animados en "Horimiya", sirviendo así como un complemento del anime principal.

Sobre las grabaciones[]
- Gina Sánchez agradeció tanto al equipo de "VSI Mexico City" como a la directora de doblaje del proyecto" Analiz Sánchez", por su flexibilidad durante la realización del doblaje. Esto fue especialmente importante ya que en ese momento estaba pasando por los últimos días de su embarazo y los primeros días de su maternidad mientras grababa el personaje de Kyōko Hori.
Sobre la tradución y adaptación[]
- En el capítulo 4, se conservó el termino japonés "Lolicon" dicho por Kakeru y Tōru.
- En el capítulo 6, Remi dice las palabras "Abacho" y "Becho", que es un término coloquial para decir las palabras "Abrazo" y "Beso" respectivamente.
- En el capítulo 8, cuando Kyōko y Remi van a hablar con Akane para decirle que el autobús va retrasado, ellas empiezan a hablar con acento norteño.
