Alex Hall: Tyler and I don't speak anymore, so that's where we stand.

Alex Hall: There's unfinished business between you and I. When filming stops, I really try to invest a lot of my time into my children, because my life is so chaotic once we start filming. So I'm trying to spend as much time with my family. I'm trying to survive, uh, motherhood of a 14-year-old. Barely hanging on there. Taking a break on dating at the moment. Obviously, I want to be in a relationship, to get remarried, I would love to possibly have more children. But I'm kind of laying off the pressure of it. What I'm trying to lean more towards is compatibility, because chemistry can be very dangerous, and I've let it lead me astray many times. Just trying to learn as I go here. Tyler and I don't speak anymore. That's where we stand.
Kayla Cardona: When I close this, I will be the top solo female agent in the office. I'm still, of course, doing my real estate. I'm now a certified life coach. I brought back my podcast. It's been very fulfilling.
Jason Oppenheim: And she sold a $25 million house.
Kayla Cardona: And that. [laughing] Yeah. Obviously, the biggest listing I've had. There was a lot of ups and downs, a lot of obstacles, but it turned out to be great. Quick close, 25 million, so… very thankful.
Gio Helou: So we hadn't slept in, like, two days. That was, like, really rough, but, uh, yeah, it was raw. I'm glad that the glimpse of that made it in there. Just enjoying dad life, and trying to be as present as possible. Now trying to get back into the swing of things work-wise. That's about it.
Austin Victoria: You're making up rumors that my wife and I want to **** you.
Sean Palmieri: You literally told me that you and your wife are experimenting. Don't even try.
Austin Victoria: Are you ******* kidding me? Sean and I no longer speak. He made up some really personal lies about myself, and then involved my wife in it. I've moved on, so really focused on just family. My wife is very pregnant, so I have my little boy on the way. We're just prepping for that and spending a lot of one-on-one time with my daughters. But business is great. Brandi and I just got a big new listing.
Brandi Marshall: With a really big client.
Austin Victoria: So we're doing good, yeah.
Polly Brindle: I'm happy with my athletes, and I don't need Brandi's help. The last few months of last year, I managed to get back to the UK a couple of times, I saw family… Doing business, working hard, trying to stay out of trouble.
[woman] Is it working?
Alex Hall: No.
Polly Brindle: Not going that well. Athlete clients are doing well. I've got two right now. Obviously still looking for Keelan. Another one who plays for the Giants. Yeah, my athlete clients are doing great.
Jason Oppenheim: Your business card has your name and my name. I need to make sure that that client's being well represented. I'm single, I'm having fun… Real estate is not super busy right now, so I'm trying to enjoy life. I love seeing everyone doing very well in real estate. It makes me happy. Selfishly, it makes me happy, but also for them, it does too. I think the OC office has the potential to be the top office in terms of production. I don't know if I've been more interested in the 12 months ahead of me, professionally, as I am now.

Jason Oppenheim: Do you think you have a passion for real estate? Are you serious about this?
Ali Harper: Absolutely. I'm just waiting on the California DRE to accept my application to actually take the exam. But the 135 hours I've done, I have my certificate, so excited to move forward. I think this year's been kind of up and down for me so far. I'm recently engaged, so that's a huge high. But then on, like, a more personal level, I've been really going through a lot of complicated health issues. And, you know, it's been kind of a journey over the last few months, but I'm really thankful that I'm feeling better. I just kind of have been opening up about that recently. So it's been a journey, but I'm very thankful that, um, for the most part, we have answers, and going from there.

Brandi Marshall: As the head of the sports division, my main goal is to build this division up. Some really exciting things are happening in real estate. I'm just excited for more. I'm currently working with two NBA clients as we speak, networking with agents. Jason's given me a lot of advice in that area. You guys got to see the very, very start of just an idea. The goal is for that to actually come into fruition. Hopefully, this idea will, you know, become something. [laughs]

Sean Palmieri: I know what he was doing in the past.
Alexandra Jarvis: And he does too. And that's probably the source of his anger. I got married and just celebrated my first anniversary. I've just been enjoying married life and been traveling. I really haven't been prospecting or trying to, you know, focus on real estate right now. The market's not that wanting. I'm kind of enjoying some downtime right now. Sean and I are pretty close, we talk regularly, and Brandi and I chat. I keep my circle small.

Lauren Shortt: This last year has been the toughest of my career. I've been focusing on work. My husband and I have been trying to make a baby, and it's been a long time coming, so fingers crossed, I can follow in Gio's footsteps. I would say what's probably most surprising for me is how close Gio and I have gotten over the last couple years. I did judge a book by its cover, but then after getting to know Gio, he has a really good heart, and we see eye to eye on a lot of things.

Alexandra Rose: I've never been more motivated to sell real estate because the market's kind of slow, so it's made me work harder.
Jason Oppenheim: I wish I had ten Roses.
[Alexandra Rose chuckles]
