We are thrilled to announce that Saturday April 6th at 7:20pm “Memo Inc” will be playing at the Allen Theater at the Oscar qualifying Cleveland International Film Festival. We are extremely grateful to the incredible cast, crew and investors who helped us bring the world of “Memo” to the big screen. One of the most fascinating parts of making this film was imagining what memory renderings would look like in the near future. From Writers/Directors Andrew Neymarc & Remy Neymarc and Producer Sarah Verstraete. Executive Producers: Darren Goldberg & Adam Brenner. Starring Katya Collazo,Ruffin Prentiss and Teagan Meredith. “In a world where memory-editing allows people to reshape their past traumas to live out better futures, a gifted memory therapist, Nadia, starts uncovering imperfections within her own recollections. Entangled in a moral dilemma, she questions the very memories that make up her identity, challenging the technology she believes can salvage a society on the brink of chaos.” Who’s going? You saw it on NBC New York! Neymarc Visuals has won the Downtown Alliance’s Filmmakers in Chief competition. With the awarded $50,000 in grant money we will be starting pre-production on our new project “Dreamscape” a short film about a talented yet struggling dancer who faces eviction unless she is able to land a role during a life-changing audition. Neymarc Visuals was selected from a pool of 432 applicants from all over the world. It just goes to show that a small team of creative people can compete against the world's best. We are extremely grateful to the Downtown alliance for the opportunity and intend to make an incredible film. Please stay tuned to our socials for upcoming announcements and opportunities surrounding “Dreamscape.” We are currently looking for executive producers & dance choreographers to help elevate the film to the next level. Please share this with anyone you know! Huge thanks to the judges and Manhattan’s cultural leaders for selecting us. It means the world to have the opportunity to do this. Thank you for supporting the Arts and filmmaking especially at a time like this. My favorite project from last year was our brand film 'Reborn' for the Boulder Crest Foundation (Link to the film below). We decided to strip down our usual crew size so that we could be super flexible and focus on performance. The shoot lasted nearly eight days, but there was an organic flow to our teamwork and a tremendous sense of purpose that we never quite felt before. I'm super grateful that Andrew Neymarc and I got the opportunity to direct this campaign. If you know of a great organization that could benefit from strong storytelling, please let me know. We want to do more films for good causes. https://lnkd.in/e2TEQxqc #nonprofit #filmmaking #bouldercrest #strugglewell #warriorpath #arri #cookeoptics #storytelling #Socialimpact
