The world's largest recruiter of remote full-time jobs, enabling world-class tech talent to qualify for elite jobs.

About us

Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014. We're the world's largest recruiter that specializes in elite full-time remote jobs, hiring the top 1% of tech talent from every corner of the planet. We find awesome talent in overlooked places, by posting jobs all over the world, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to prove their skills are world-class. Our system of AI-powered assessments is based on objective factors that are scientifically proven to predict high performance (e.g. cognitive aptitude). 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒: 🧑 Reviews from people we've hired: crossover.com/reviews 💼 Current openings: crossover.com/jobs 💎 Hire someone for your company: crossover.com/hire ♟️ How the process works: crossover.com/selection-process ❓ FAQs: crossover.com/help ~~~ 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise. Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions: 1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters. 2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely). 3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs. It's hard, but it's worth it!

🚪 What if being unreachable is the secret to remote work success? 🚪 The world is obsessed with 'open-door' policies, but they’re THE WORST for remote leaders. What if the real key to productivity is the exact opposite? One door is not the same as hundreds of channels. It’s time to rethink how we work and communicate. The constant availability myth is holding back real progress. Instead of being available 24/7, closing the door - literally and figuratively - is your secret weapon to higher performance and better team results. Here’s why “unreachability” wins: ✅ Autonomy = trust: No waiting. Let your team problem-solve! ✅ Deep work matters: Shut out distractions to produce real results ✅ Avoid burnout: Be unavailable. It saves energy for more important goals Want to up how you lead remotely? 💡 Start here! #remoteleadership #remotework #remoteteams #remotemanagement #distributedteams #globalteams #leadership #remotepolicy

Alright, let's cut through the AI hype for a sec. ✂️ We've all seen those endless posts about "game-changing" AI tools, right? I've actually been in the trenches with some of these for months now. No BS, no affiliate links – just real talk about what's really making a difference in my day-to-day grind. ⚠️ Fair warning: This isn't your typical "10 MIND-BLOWING AI TOOLS!!!" list. These are the battle-tested few that have earned their keep on my digital workbench. They're not perfect, but they're damn useful. 1. AI scheduling tools 🗓️ We have folks from almost every timezone here at Crossover. So, scheduling across time zones used to be the bane of my existence. Reclaim AI has been a lifesaver. 2. AI notetakers 📝 Seriously, why are we still writing down meeting notes? Try Otter, Granola, or Circleback. They'll take notes for you, and even attend meetings when you can't. Otter's been my go-to. It even covered for me last week when I had to duck out of a call. The recap was spot on. 3. Personal chatbots 🤖 I got sick of answering the same questions, so I built a little FAQ bot with all the team and project documentation I have. Now when someone asks about a particular process for the millionth time, I just point them to my Claude project (you can also try custom GPTs). 🚀 Pro tip: Create an onboarding bot for new team members and thank me later. Botpress is a good tool for this. 4. A cleaner inbox (finally!) 📨 I'm not talking about using AI to respond to emails (everyone does that already) – I mean using AI to nix spam and junk mail, prioritize key mails, and generally crush repetitive email tasks. Superhuman and Sanebox are great tools for this. 5. AI for async communication 🎥 At Crossover, we have to embrace async communication from day one, which means a lot of video messages for my team. Look, I'm no smooth talker on video. Loom AI doesn't make me eloquent, but it does polish my ramblings into something coherent. No more "um" and "ah"! I'll take it. 6. AI for insights 📊 As a knowledge worker in tech, analytics can be... a bit scary, ngl. Luckily, AI can process large amounts of data and make sense of it in ways that help me be better at my job - from visualization to collection and insight summary. My fav is Coefficient, but SEMRush Suite and Rose AI are equally good. 7. Faster, prettier presentations 💼 Last month, I had to prep a presentation 10 minutes before the meeting - no time to make it pretty. Canva's AI features helped me cobble together something that didn't look like a complete train wreck. Always grateful! Here's the thing – these tools aren't magic bullets. They won't do your job for you. But man, do they take some of the grunt work off your plate. Links to them are in the comments below. What about you? Drop your fave productivity tools below 👇. Always looking to up my game. #RemoteWork #ProductivityHacks #AITools
