Thats also how we spell it normally in my language :)

Rujing Wang This trailer doesn't do the original books any justice. These books came out over a decade ago and they were genre defining at the time. I read them as a teenager and loved them to death for the incredible storytelling. All of her female protagonists are strong-willed, brave, and excellent role models. Unlike Elena's character in the (original) Vampire Diaries, the Night World heroines tend more to be underdogs rather than bitchy popular girl types. Their triumphs are inspiring. This trailer says: regrettably, marketing happens. The strength of the original books, especially in shaping the YA paranormal romance genre as we know it today, nevertheless stands.

I still love the book series. Despite the loose plot, the characters are exquisite, the writing is amazing. The trailer is bad, I admit, but its because its such an old publishing.

I love these books. I picked up Spellbinder at a thrift store and had to have the rest, so I bought the bound copies. It didn't take me long to get through them since the characters were all compelling and the stories all brilliantly transcribed to the paper. I've had them for a while now and didn't even know their was a trailer of any kind out, so that's a neat surprise. Anyway, I love the characters and their spunky attitudes and their will to fight. I'd recommend to anyone who loves the supernatural realm (and I have recommended it to a lot of people.) :D

Oddly enough, different languages use different spellings. Weird, I know.

Plus, if you wanna get really old skool about it, it's "vampyre."
