When the name Melissa Koslin is listed on a book, I automatically want to read it. I didn't bother reading the blurb so imagine my surprise to find out this was a Beauty and the Beast retelling, romantic suspense style! This book had me enthralled as the heroine and hero worked to find the Lost Library and find each other. And the way Koslin weaves in God in the suspenseful moments is masterful and had me almost praying for their characters, forgetting they're very much fictional. Melissa Koslin remains an auto-read author for me.
