Well written YA tale of a teen assassin (Celaena Sardothien) is brought to the capital city to compete in a series of challenges to become the King's champion. Her sponsor is the handsome Prince Dorian.

Lots of good action, with lots of teen angst and crushes as interludes. The ending sets up the next book well.

I'm hoping our heroine matures a little in the next book!
