What a fantastic duology. If you want an incredibly fun fast-paced summer action blockbuster in book form about necromancers….do yourself a favor and pick up this duology stat. I have a couple minor complaints about how nearly everything wrapped up, but by and large this is one of my favorite series I have completed this year it is so good. If you are one of those who side eye YA books…you should still do yourself a favor and check this series out.

I actually marked the first book TBR because it sounded gangster, but I wasn’t certain how long the series is or was planned to be. The fact that it’s a duology will make me read it way sooner. Picking up the ebooks now :) Thanks chief!
