The plot and storyline of this was actually wonderful. Like, I want more of the world. Sooo interesting and I feel like the lore could be expanded on a lot which would make for a very interesting landscape. It felt a bit Nordic to me which I loved and the vibes were just interesting and engrossing.

Aiken was a sweet little thing who has been heinously neglected all his life. Poor pet. And Bear and Wolf (I feel they could have had better names yes?) were gorgeous. Respectfully disrespectful shifter kings. Hot.

But ofc, the plot is just the device for the porn 😂 so there’s that.

Which like, fun, but also, um?

There are elements of omegaverse that I really like, and maybe some that I like not so much. This involved a lot of… stretching, which I always find a bit unsettling. As well as a fair amount of fisting. Again, not my thing.
I also think mpreg is possibly just not for me? I could literally care less about babies in any fashion in any romance, esp erotica lmao, and I do not have a breeding kink that I know of. But the heat/rut dynamic is very hot… soooo idk

I would be a bit reluctant to delve further into this specific series I think 😂 but I think the author is wonderful so would try something else!
