I normally don't review non-fiction/ self-help because it's so subjective, but take this with a grain of salt. I have been a fan of hers for a long time. This book is half an autobiography and half self-help, how to deal with anger. I loved both. The stories about her life were heartwarming, and the rules always hit the right note. Hopefully, it won't take me 18+ years to learn them.
