did not like it

Was this a first draft? Because it read like something that had never been professionally edited. I only finished this out of spite. For most of the book - especially every chapter that began with the main characters’ FIRST AND SURNAME YES WE KNOW WE HAVE SPENT THIRTY CHAPTERS WITH THEM - I just wanted to rage-throw the book at the wall.
