really liked it
bookshelves: middle-grade

Phenomenal middle-grade nonfiction on the American Japanese incarceration during WWII. The focus was through photos from three photographers which encapsulated much of the American Japanese experience. Hardship and perseverance through an unjust, even criminal, detention. Definitely recommend this read.
