You have always wanted to be a morning person but end up staying up late night again? You decided to conduct 5 research this year and haven't started one yet? You planned on something great and got excited and now that it is time to act you can't move a limb? My mate, if any of these or close to these problems is yours, this would be the perfect book for you before summer break is over! Also for those whose first language is not English, you will find this book both fun and easy to read. FUN? oh yes FUN! This book won't let you just read thru it passively and put it back on the shelves. It makes you do things, it makes you WANT TO DO things.
As you may know from "some" of the previous books I have reviewed on this website: I love reading about every productivity book that has been written and so to my interest, I found this book an actual combo of most of the books I've read so far! Including Deep Work, the 7 habits of highly effective people, and so on... I mean it is helpful, if anything it has gathered all the best strategies (that you can find in all the best books) on how to build new habits, sustain your good habits and break bad ones; served to you on a silver plate I would say.
PS. Some of the highlighted ones:
THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE OF HABITS IS TO SOLVE PROBLEMS WITH AS LITTLE ENERGY AND EFFORT AS POSSIBLE.
MANY PEOPLE THINK THEY LACK MOTIVATION WHEN WHAT THEY REALLY LACK IS CLARITY.
POINTING-AND-CALLING.
KNOWING THAT SOMEONE IS WATCHING CAN BE A POWERFUL MOTIVATOR
KEEP YOUR IDENTITY SMALL
