4.5 (Probably would’ve been a solid 5 if they gave me just a little more Bobby Dodge!💖💖🤣) Im really enjoying this series! This was the 3rd & so far each has been a great book in its own right.. It’s really up there for me.. Standing tall with Karin Slaughters Grant County series- which says a lot coming from me (she’s 1 of my all time faves!)
& I’ve been listening to the audiobooks so I can absolutely recommend them if that’s the way you’d prefer to read them!😊

Yep, she is right up there. I just read a rare stand alone from her that was different and also excellent- Before She Disappeared.
Excellent book. I enjoyed it immensely.
@Pat Hello! So I haven’t read Before She Disappeared yet (thanks for the recommendation though, I’ll definitely pick it up!) But I saw that there is a second 1 coming out in January ‘22!

Thanks so much MarilynW.............i did look up the series on Amazon and got the first one for my kindle as it was so well priced. I think if I stay on this site I am going to go broke - there is just so much good stuff out there as you know and I keep adding to my tbr list.........

I don't know if you have that ability where you live but it helps the pocketbook.
Sorry for the delay in responding MarilynW - i just got notice on my phone that my original response from yesterday on my phone was undeliverable. So here I am and thanks for the heads up. The kindle is very new to me and the libraries have been closed due to covid. I wasn't aware though that a library would let you download a book to your kindle or phone but I sure am going to look into it. That would be so awesome. Thanks again :)

@Luna Hi! Ooh I’m excited that you got the 1st 1- you’re gonna be hooked!😊 I use an app called Libby on my iPhone/iPad to “borrow” books & audiobooks online from the library. I’m not sure what it is for Kindle but I’d say it’s definitely worth it to pop in to your library (with your kindle) & ask them to help set you up. I’ve gone through literally hundreds of books over the last couple years- it’s the coolest (& it’s so easy!)

What?!? This is a series?!? I love this book so far and normally have a hard time finishing a book I love because I don't want to say bye to my new "friends" This book has so many secrets and untapped story lines/plots. But due to your review mentioning this is a series, I can finish this book in peace because I get to revisit some of the friends this book presented. Thank you for the wonderful news!!!!
