So, a character has this nervous habit of chipping her nail polish, and then she’s hiding somewhere within the hotel, and they find her because they follow a TRAIL OF NAIL POLISH CHIPS.

Yeah, she was shedding nail polish chips like dandruff flakes! WTH? 🤣
I couldn't even get to the nail chips I was sooooo bored......
The epilogue is about someone else who’s supposed to be a psycho stalker serial killer, so that this crap gets a sequel. I’m thinking that maybe in this one, a character will love using foot peeling sheet masks and will leave a trail of actual dead skin pieces.

Even the use of hair grips annoyed me. Why can’t it simply be hair ties?
Horrible. Follow the trail of chipped nail varnish. I don't think Reese even read the book.
If I have to take one thing away from this book .. it’s don’t wear cheap nail varnish when committing a serious crime!

Elin can spot microscopic nail varnish chips- but can’t stop herself from jumping from one wrong conclusion to the next.She should rethink going back to her day job…. She isn’t very good at evaluating evidence/circumstance.

I liked the book, but did not like that part.
And somehow her brother saved her from the archive room that was only accessible to staff? The whole thing was a major eye roll, literally I rolled my eyes multiple times.
This book was soo disappointing andPoorly written. Why was everyone always insisting you needed water ? I feel sorry for Reese if this is all you have to read
