I have conflicted thoughts about this book. I mean the storyline is perfect and all the right ingredients for a second-chance romance are there. But I didn't like it.
Nova was a bit selfish and self-centered. I know that she knows this about herself but that doesn't excuse her behavior.
However, the pool incident was pure ACCIDENT. No one is to blame for it. She wasn't negligent by any stretch of the imagination. Kids fall into the pools when parents turn their backs for ONE second. Kess shouldn't've held her responsible for it.
I felt a bit bored in the end and did not finish the last couple chapters actually.
